Returns & Cancellations
You must have a return authorization to
return any product.
Once your order is being processed for delivery we cannot change or cancel it until the merchandise is received by the customer. Orders may not be cancelled without the consent of Ergonomickeyboards.com, and cancellations or changes will not be accepted if manufacturing of the order has begun, or if the merchandise has been shipped in compliance with customers' original order. Restocking / Cancellation charges may be incurred. Claims for returning / canceling of merchandise are subject to manufacturers' individual policies, and you may be subject to a restocking / cancellation fee of up to 34% of the cost of the merchandise. Ergonomickeyboards will attempt to mediate claims to the customer's satisfaction; however, the manufacturer has the final decision.
Ownership of the merchandise is transferred to buyer once the merchandise is accepted by the freight carrier. Customer must examine all merchandise sold from the Site for any damage at time of receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, customer must immediately contact Ergonomickeyboards, call us at 570-454-2900 or email us at email@example.com. You will speak to a human who wants to put a smile on your face. If your new acquisition arrives and it is broken, or doesn't do what we said it would, you can expect a full refund or replacement part sent immediately or an exchange
of product, whatever it takes, however if you just hate it and want to return it, expect a minimum restocking charge of 25%, Final say is up to that manufacturer.
Ergonomickeyboards will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
For approved returns, a return authorization will be issued, all items must be in "as-new" condition, in the original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, and be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges are for the purchase price of the item(s), and must be returned with shipping pre-paid. If the returned items fail to meet these requirements, request for replacement or refund will be denied, and the customer will be responsible for arranging to retrieve returned items at their expense.
When first receiving any product, take a look at the container it came in, if its torn, gouged just plain beat to death, don't accept it, but once you do accept it, open it without tearing all the packing up, inspect it and plug it in……make sure it works, 7 days go quickly.
